Orders ship Monday to Friday, within two to ten business days of being placed. Most leave well inside that, often the same or the next working day when the order lands before 2pm Eastern, but two to ten business days is the commitment. We do not dispatch at weekends or on public holidays.
After it leaves us, standard delivery runs three to seven business days depending on distance, and expedited runs two to three. Those are the carrier's estimates rather than promises, and weather and holiday volume move them.
Shipping is worked out by weight and destination and appears in your basket before you confirm, as its own line separate from the product price. No handling fee, no surcharge added later, no charge that appears once you have already paid.
A tracking number is emailed as soon as the label is created. Carriers often take a few hours to record the first scan, so a number that is not yet trackable on the first evening is normal.
It has not arrived. If tracking has not moved in five business days, call (000) 000-0000. We open a trace with the carrier and keep you posted. If it is genuinely lost we replace it at our cost.
It says delivered and it is not there. Check with neighbours and around the property first; carriers sometimes scan early or leave parcels out of sight. If it has not appeared after twenty four hours, call and we will sort it.
It arrived damaged. Keep the packaging and send a photo. We replace it, and we do not ask for the damaged one back.
We send to the address entered at checkout exactly as typed. Spot a mistake and call us straight away: before dispatch we can fix it for nothing. After dispatch a parcel cannot be redirected, and one returned to us as undeliverable is refunded less the outbound shipping.
